OFST010278 – Redemption Gate Carried Forward Queue Policy

Only applies if value in OFST010276 "Redemption Gate Order Policy" is "Carried Forward". How are carried forward redemptions prioritised?

If the queue policy is 'first in, first out', then redemption orders begin a new queue/ oldest carried forward are paid out first. If the queue policy is 'pro rata', there are two options: a) "priority batch for carry over": the attempt is to pay out first all carried forward (business vs. economy boarding) b) "carried over is treated the same as new requests" (everyone is treated pro rata)
