OFST401005 – Swing Factor
The swing factor is the percentage by which "OFDY000035 Valuation NAV" is adjusted in order to protect existing investors in a fund from the cost of trading securities as a result of capital activity. It takes into account spreads, transaction costs and relevant taxes. The swing factor is triggered as a result of capital activity exceeding a pre- defined threshold ("OFST401003 Single Pricing Type" = "partial swing NAV") or any capital activity ("OFST401003 Single Pricing Type" = "full swing NAV").
