Distribution start date in that specific country. If used as OFST602000 (XX replaced by number 00), the file layout changes from a "flat file layout" to a "narrow file layout". Narrow file layout means that there is a separate line for each country that is specified in column OFST600000. In a flat file layout, XX in OFST6020XX is replaced by the double digit ISO country code (ISO 1366-1 alpha-2).
