The ELTIF framework is established by Regulation (EU) 2015/760 and amended by Regulation (EU) 2023/606 (“ELTIF 2.0”). ELTIFs may be marketed to both retail and professional investors. Please note that, in order to be eligible to be an ELTIF, the fund must be an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) (OFST160040 "Type of EU Directive" = "AIF").
