The EuVECA framework is established by Regulation (EU) No 345/2013 and amended by Regulation (EU) 2017/1991. ELTIFs are an optional EU-wide label for venture capital funds investing in SMEs and start-ups. Please note that, in order to be eligible to be an EuVECA, the fund must be an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) (OFST160040 "Type of EU Directive" = "AIF").
